Forever Home needed for Jake!
Jake has been in and out of a local shelter for two years, being surrendered multiple times.
Jake is a sweet and mild-mannered border collie mix. He loves to spend his days napping, sunbathing, getting cuddles, and lots of walks! Jake does have separation anxiety and needs a home without other animals and at least one family member that stays home during the day. If you are interested or know someone who wants to make this loving pup the newest addition into their home, please reach out to the Humane Society of Fairfax County (hsfc.org) to fill out an adoption form.
