Available with full AKC breeding rights to approved in home small breeding family. He has a fully clear genetic disease panel through Animal Genetics Inc (DM, prcd, vWD1). He has successfully and naturally bred for the first time with a standard Poodle, and is expecting F1 Bernedoodles mid November. Aslan is a very social boy, he would do best with bigger dog friends, a decent sized yard, and a family that's active and loves to play/exercise their dogs. He has been through Off Leash K9 Training, and does listen well in public/highly distracted areas with the e-collar. You must know how to properly use it, it is not a torture treatment, only a low level stimulation as a reminder and only if he doesn't listen. He responds wonderfully. He can heel, distance sit/down, and place. He is also crate trained and potty trained, he does not mark or lift a leg. Due to his age/size, we would not want to place him in a home with very young children, but older kids would be wonderful. He adores kids, just doesn't know his size. He's very talkative, and he does that traditional "Berner lean" all the time. He's a big lovebug, and very confident & curious. Aslan gets along great with our intact male (pictured), aside from when we board a female in heat - they both aren't huge fans of each other then. Otherwise, they sleep on each other, play together, and live life together daily. Aslan LOVES to travel, go hiking, and adventuring with his people. He's been all over, from snowy mountains, to sand dunes, to the beach, to regular hiking trails, he loves it all, and does great loading and riding in the car for very long periods. Re-homing because as much as we adore him, we have a baby on the way, and are we are unable to move to a home with more suitable space/land as we had planned.
