She is doing a $300 **nonrefundable** deposit (refunded only if something happens to the puppy) Waiting to get deposits until closer to 3 weeks so around 10-30-2020.
That goes toward the purchase price so 1200 female 1000 male
$300 deposit female then $900 pick up OR $300 deposit male than $700 at pick up.
PayPal only as it will protect the buyer and the seller.
