This is Meshka!
Meshka is a 10 month old pitbull terrier-mix. She is 50 pounds and full-grown, high energy, very trainable, and loyal to her people. She is potty trained, knows the commands of “come,” “wait,” “go get it,” and goes to the bathroom on command (“cacashka”). She wants to please and is learning how to interact with other dogs (presenting her bum instead of sniffing faces).
With new animals, she will initially “bunny hop” and tackle. For this reason, she cannot be housed with smaller animals. With smaller children, she will tip them over and sit on them. She would do great in a house with older kids who enjoy good hearted wrestling and tumbling, because she sure does!
Meshka gives hugs and is very keen to her people’s emotions. Here are some of her quirks: She will collect her people’s socks and tuck them in her bed. She also has a lovable habit of weaving in between your legs (when standing still or sitting in one place) to ask for pets
We’re thinking she may have been raised with cats. And finally, she is very vocal and sounds like she is humming when wanting to spend time with people who are busy doing other things. It’s adorable.
We are her third home and want to give her a life where she can run and play more, because she deserves it!
She comes with her kennel, food and water bowls, leashes, harness, 40 lbs of dog food, shampoo, brush, and dental hygiene set, snow jacket, and jammies.

-All up-to-date with her vaccines

Rehoming Fee: $500
We will be conducting over the phone interviews and in person interviews to ensure she goes to a family who will be her forever home. We request updates on how she is doing at least for the first 3 to 4 months in her new home.
