Looking for Teacup Chihuahua - Pennsylvania

Several months ago, my mom had to get open heart surgery. For the longest time, she has wanted a teacup Chihuahua. It took a while to recover but now that she’s fully recovered, I really want to get her the dog of her dreams. Please if there’s anyone that is selling a teacup Chihuahua in the Northeast PA area or surrounding states (we would be willing to drive farther), I would be very interested!
