DNA is as follows:

A- locus. AY/at- Dog is a fawn/sable and carries for tan point gene
B- Locus B/B- Dog does not carry the mutation for most forms of chocolate coloration
Cocoa- Dog carries two copies of cocoa. Dog will have brown coat color.
D- Locus d/d- Homozygous: Dog has two copies of the d1 mutuation associated with a diluted coat color. Dogs base coat will be diluted.
E Locus- EM/E- Dog is negative for cream/yellow and has one copy of mask
K- Locus- n/n - Dog is negative for the KB allele adn the coat coloration will be based on the agouti genotype.
Merle- n/M- Heterozygous: Dog has one copy of the merle allele
S- Locus- n/n- negative: dog is negative for the S-Locus. No white spotting will be present
