Great Bernese are a cross between the AKC Great Pyrenees and the AKC Bernese Mountain Dog. The results of this crossing are expectational puppies that are the best of both of these Gentle Giants. The "Great Bernese" dogs do not wander like the Great Pyrenees and have a much longer lifespan than the Bernese Mountain Dog. Our puppies are from breeding our two 1st generation Great Bernese Dogs, to produce a rare 2nd generation litter of puppies with a wide variation of colors, and great traits.
