Ace - White German Shepherd for Sale

I’m looking to rehome my German Shepard Ace. He is 3, he is all white. I have papers and vet records. He is neutered, microchipped and has his shots. He likes to play rough but I think it’s more he’s excited and he just has a lot of energy. He whines and barks when he has to go to the bathroom, he doesn’t have accidents in the house. He’s good with older kids (he recently got returned to me for going after younger kids). He’s good with the other dog my family has but he has tried running after other dogs on the sidewalks while outside. He does chase cats if they come up to him. He doesn’t do well in kennels he will bend the bars to try and get out. I feel he needs a strong handler because when he sees another dog outside he does start running and pulling to go after the dog. He is a really good dog he just has lots of energy.
