We have been raising our pigs for 3 years and have seen their typical growth patterns. We have noticed that they grow to most of their adult size within the first 16 months. After that, they will grow little bit more up to 2.5 years to 3 years of age.

Also, weight isn't the most important thing with pigs in determining their fully grown size. What is important is their dimensions in the first year. Their shoulder height, length, and head shape are signs that show what their future size will be. We use those dimensions to determine the size your pig will be as an adult.
