These are very tiny maxing at around an inch. They need a fully cycled saltwater tank with NO other fish, no coral, no live rock, or live sand. Dry sand and base rock can be used and become alive just dont start with live as it can introduce hydroids which can be deadly to dwarf seahorse. They need a aquarium with out any heater and with very little water flow so a sponge filter works best. They only eat live foods and fed daily. This means you will have to hatch your own brine shrimp. I've had them around 6 months and they are just a little more demanding then I currently have time for. Very cute
