BEWARE OF MEXICO PUPPY MILLS: They so often come across the boarder and are sick usually with Parvo which is a death sentance to the puppy. They say they will be in your area and stop by with the puppy or want to meet you somewhere. DO NOT DO THAT They will also tell you they have had shots ask for PROOF either empty bottles or shot records. When your puppy gets sick they simply have change their cell phone numbers and you will never see them again.\
