We are a family-owned and operated pet scoop & kitty litter clean up
service company. We are bonded and insured.

We scoop the poop because you to.

We use our gloved hands to clean the yard to avoid cross
contamination that can come from tools that are not properly cleaned between clients.

We can get more poop with our gloved hands than with a tool scraping
the poop across the grass. We disinfect and sanitize our shoes
before and after each clients yard.

Initial Clean Up/One Time Clean Up Fee

Initial first time & One Time cleanings are charged at

45 for small/average sized yards

65 for large/oversized yards

**Addl dogs add 2.50 per dog per household/per visit
1 visit per week 10.50 per visit*

4 visits per week 9.00 per visit*
5 visits per week 8.50 per visit*

Bi-Monthly**
**Addl dogs add 2.50 per dog per household/per visit
2 visits per month 25.00 per visit*

Monthly
1 visit per month 45.00 monthly visit.
**All rates are based on ONE DOG per household/per visit.
Addl dogs add 2.50 per dog per household/per visit
for weekly, bi-monthly & monthly.

Above prices for normal or less sized service areas.
Oversized yards will be an add’l fee of 10.00 per 2,000 sq ft.
Prices do not include 8.25 sales tax.
Front yard at an extra 5.00 per visit.

Kitty Litter Cleanup

Kitty Litter Cleanup - Box Exchange
Exchange your used litter box(es) for a clean disinfected & deodorized one. Just leave your used litter box(es) in a designated area & we will replace with a clean new fresh litter box on your service day. At our
first visit we will leave you an extra litter box(es) at no charge so your kitty always has a place to go. We will supply all the litter boxes, litter & liners.
9.50 per visit 6.00 per additional litter boxes per visit

**Damage or Loss of Litter boxes will result in a replacement fee of
15.00. Container still remains property of
Shadow & Martys Pet Care Services..
Littter Boxes must be returned when service is discontinued.


Kitty Litter Cleanup
During our visit we will either sift out the cat waste & top off your litter or we will empty out & refill your litter box.
Customer provides litter box, sifter/scooper, liners and kitty litter.
7.00 per visit 2.00 per additional litter boxes per visit

Spray Off Deck/Patio

Surface Washing -
Wash down (water only) deck or cement surfaces after your daily pick up.
5.00 per visit patio only
8.00 per visit pool deck only
12 per visit for patio and pool deck
You supply the water/hose.



Spray Off & Scrub/Patio Deck & Deodorize/Sanitize

Surface Washing - Wash down, spray deodorize/sanitizer and scrub
deck/patio or cement surfaces after your daily pick up.
8.00 per visit patio only
11.00 per visit pool deck only
15 per visit for patio and pool deck
You supply the water/hose.


Done Right Guaranty
We disinfect all tools and shoes before and after each service to prevent cross contamination.
Service is what we do best.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hrs and we will be back out to re-service your property to your satisfaction, after all the best compliment is a referral from you.

We cannot guarantee service under the following conditions but will do our best:

NON-SOLID, LOOSE STOOL (DIARRHEA)
MUDDY AREAS
LANDSCAPING, BUSHES & SMALL TREES
OVERGROWN GRASS OR WEEDS
SPRINKLERS/RAIN CAUSING STOOLS TO BECOME WET AND LOOSE
PEBBLE AND GRAVEL AREAS LANDSCAPING (BARK, IVY, PLANTS)
FLOODED AREAS
SMALL & CRUMBLY STOOLS
WE ARE HIRED TO PICK UP YOUR DOGS POOP AS A COURTESY WE
PICK UP RABBIT & WILD ANIMAL DROPPINGS AT NO CHARGE BUT
CANNOT & DO NOT GUARANTEE WE WILL OR CAN COLLECT ALL
DROPPINGS FROM WILD ANIMALS.
Deck/Patio used as potty areas. (Unless we are hired to clean the area)
