I have a 1 year old long haired blonde purebred dachshund named Sammie for sale to a good home.

He is AKC registerable and is current on all shots. He is ADORABLE and loving, great with small children and very playful. Sammie is shired from champion show dogs, and would have been trained himself as a show dog, if it weren't for his tail. When Sammie was born, he had a broken tail that went unnoticed. Now, Sammie has a lightening bolt shaped tail. Some people find this undesireable, but I find it absolutely adorable. I almost re-named him BOLT because of it.

"Why are you selling him?", you might ask.....

When we bought Sammie, I was happy being a stay at home mom, with my two toddlers. As the economy continues to be in the condition it is, I am finding myself forced to go back to work. As Sammie is not yet fully house trained, he deserves someone who has the time to devote to his training. Between work and potty training of my own children, I do not feel I have the time this handsome little man deserves.

He is very loving and playful. He is by far considered a Lap-dog. He loves attention and enjoys running and playing with my little ones. He has put up with the fair amount of ear pulling that my kiddos have provided him, and it seems to put him at ease to be given the attention.

Sammie is a very bright little boy. We have a mesh walled kennel that we put him in at night in the house, and he has figured out that if he puts his paws on the sides, he can then flip the kennel and move it around the room. He certainly knows how to entertain himself and it is extremely funny to watch. He loves going places with us, and enjoys the car-ride as well.

With the purchase of Sammie, I will include his shampoo, flea and tick shampoo, mesh kennel, hard travel kennel (for small breed animals), dog dish, toys, leash, coller, etc. Everything you will need to get started with him.
